ICF Communities of Practice
Your ICF Membership includes free access to the ICF Communities of Practice (CPs), and each CP session provides an opportunity to earn Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units. Expand your knowledge with the following sessions:
- Internal Coaching: The Coaching Culture of a Prism Award Winning Organization on August 29 at 1 p.m. EDT (New York). Join TD Bank Group Associate Vice President of Enterprise Learning Strategy, Jas Sidhu, for a discussion about the coaching culture elements that led to the company’s 2021 ICF Prism Award.
- Coaching Science: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Coaching – Where Do We Stand? on September 20 at 2 p.m. EDT (New York). Nicky Terblanche, Ph.D., will share insights from his five years of AI research and the advantages and risks for coaching clients.
- Coaching and Human Capital: Relational Trauma, Neuroscience and Coaching on September 22 at 12 Noon EDT (New York). Join Ann Betz, PCC, for a session focused on the neuroscience of relational trauma and its unfortunate prevalence in today’s world and in our coaching clients.

To be eligible, you must be an ICF Member in good standing with an ICF Credential, have past ICF leadership experience, and a passion for learning and community. The deadline to apply is September 30.
