ICF Celebrates High-performing Chapters at GLF 2018
ICF announced 16 2017 Chapter Recognition honorees during the 2018 ICF Global Leaders Forum (GLF), held March 15–17, 2018, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The 2017 ICF Chapter Recognition honorees are:
- ICF Austin
- ICF Australasia
- ICF Bulgaria
- ICF Colorado
- ICF Delhi NCR
- ICF Ecuador
- ICF Egypt
- ICF Finland
- ICF Heartland
- ICF Hong Kong
- ICF New York City
- ICF Ohio Valley
- ICF Russia
- ICF South Africa
- ICF South Florida
- ICF Sweden
Chapter recognition honorees are selected on the basis of their annual chapter activity reports and evaluated according to ICF’s criteria for high-performing chapters. Based on these criteria, a high-performing ICF Chapter:
- Creates an attractive, credible presence and voice for professional coaching in its local community
- Exhibits qualities of a high-performing chapter (namely, agility, adaptability, accountability, sustainability, caring, innovation and relevance)
- Creates sustainable governance
- Ensures financial viability
- Defines and manages culture
- Ensures infrastructure
To be eligible for judging, a Chapter needed to submit its annual activity report and financial report by October 31, 2017.
Honorees are selected by a panel of ICF volunteers from around the world. The 2017 panel of judges included:
