Once an applicant completes the ICF Credentialing Exam, results are compiled and provided immediately to the applicant via the testing site. One week after completion of the ICF Credentialing Exam, applicants will receive official notification from ICF Credentials and Standards regarding the status of the credential application.

You are given 60 days to schedule and complete the ICF Credentialing Exam. During the exam appointment, you will have three hours to complete the exam.

Once you have receive notice that you are eligible to take the exam, on your ICF profile, towards the bottom of your profile page, in the “My Applications” section, your credential application will be listed. There you will find next to “Continue Application” link – is a link for “Exam Information.”

You will receive an email invitation to schedule your exam once your application review is complete. The estimated time for review varies by credential application level and type. Please check the credential information page for the level applied to find the estimated time of review for the application path you followed (ACC, PCC, MCC).
