No. In order for a coaching session to be considered paid, the coach must receive compensation. In order to support a charity financially through your coaching, your clients would need to pay you, and then you may make the donation to the charity.

Yes, if the ACTP program issues you a certificate for the portion of the course you completed, you may use those hours towards your credential. The hours will be classified as ACSTH.
