ICF's Strategic Plan

The ICF Strategic Plan is an ambitious, inspiring roadmap that shapes our future direction. Approved by the ICF Global Board in December 2022, the current plan guides the work of each ICF family organization and department functioning as part of a larger One ICF so that our entire ecosystem drives ICF, the coaching profession, and society forward.

ICF’s current three-year strategic plan (2026–2029) sets a clear direction for how we lead the profession forward. It prioritizes disciplined growth, organizational excellence, and world-class coaching value — ensuring coaching continues to strengthen and thrive globally.

These measures ensure transparency, alignment, and meaningful progress. Updates are shared regularly with our global community.
