In this session, a panel of ICF MCC credentialed coaches will share methods of giving feedback to clients as we discuss the advanced applications of feedback skills in coaching and the shared skills between coaching and mentorship from a client perspective.
  • Coaching Science: Team Coaching in a Complex, Adaptive World on March 2 from 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (New York). Becoming a team coach requires a radical shift from how we engage with individual clients. Join David Clutterbuck for a discussion on the latest research in team coaching and the future of this ever-growing discipline.
